MindCare Gippsland is a psychology practice that is passionate about bringing evidenced based therapeutic services to the local community.

Living in a regional community can often mean limited access to mental health services and supports compared to those living closer to the major cities.

MindCare Gippsland aims to provide a friendly, warm and welcoming space for adults and adolescents 16 years and above to develop insight, strengthen coping skills, heal, grow, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life.

MindCare Gippsland acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of this nation and the traditional owners and ongoing custodians of the lands where we live. 

We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community and pay our respects to ancestors and Elders past, present and emerging.
